Lic मधला अधिकारी पदाचा चांगला job सोडून , ठाणे जिल्हातील जास्तीत जास्त विदयार्थी स्पर्धा परीक्षामध्ये पास होऊन अधिकारी व्हावेत ह्या हेतूने , मी माझी स्वतःची प्रशांत अकॅडमी २०१५ ते २०१७ सुरू केली , त्या नंतर मी २०१७ ते २०२३ कल्याण इथे पॄथ्वी अकॅडमी सुरू केली .विद्यार्थाना चांगल मार्गदर्शन मिळावे त्यासाठी मी प्रामाणिक प्रयत्न केले तसेच विदयार्थांची मेहनत यांमुळे माझ्या मार्गदर्शाना खाली आत्ता पर्यंत १०००+ विधार्थी UPSC ,Mpsc , BANK , RAILWAY , LIC , पोलिस भरती , शासकीय लिपिक , Bmc अश्या वेगवेगळ्या शासकीय पदी निवड होऊन हे सर्व आपली शासकीय सेवा करत आहेत .
हया वर्षी २०२४ साली मी पुन्हा एकदा प्रशांत अकॅडमी कल्याण येथे नवीन स्वरूपात सुरू करत आहे , इतक्या वर्षांचा असलेला अनुभव आणि विधार्थांची साथ यातून आणखीन जास्तीत जास्त विधार्थी शासकीय सेवेत दाखल व्हावेत यासाठी मी प्रयत्न करणार आहे . आपल्या शुभेच्या नेहमीच माज्झ्या जोडीला आहेत .
मला स्वतःला वेगवेगळ्या स्पर्धा परिक्ष्यामधील पूर्व , मुख्य , मुलाखत यांचा प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव आहे , तसेच मी महिल १३ वर्षा पासुन Maths , Reasoning , Polity , History , Essays writing , current affairs , Interview मार्गदर्शन करत आहे . MPSC मुलाखती मद्ये माझी एक विधार्थिनी महारष्ट्रात पाहिली आली आहे तर IBPS PO मध्ये २२ वर्षिय विधार्थी प्रज्वल सर्वोच्य स्थानी होता .
विधार्थानी प्रामाणिक मेहनत घेतली तर नक्की त्याना शासकिय नोकरी मिळू शकते .
